Our recruitment process is thorough and uncompromising. Every Gracie Nanny undergoes:

• Comprehensive background checks, including Working With Children Checks and Police Checks.

• Verification of qualifications in childcare, first aid, CPR, and anaphylaxis management.

• In-depth interviews and reference checks to ensure they embody the values we stand for.

• Completion of extra safety courses, such as Kidsafe Australia, which we fully fund. These courses equip nannies with specialised training in preventing accidents in the home and community.

We don’t believe in shortcuts or tick-box hiring. Every step is designed to protect families and ensure the highest standard of care.

Ongoing Training and Support
